What is Love Louie Boxes?
It is a subscription service and online shop for dogs and cats which is filled with fun and plenty of surprises! It is available as a one off or monthly box, containing 6 high quality, hand-picked goodies including healthy treats, chews and biscuits, toys, health supplements, hygiene and grooming products. We seek out the best, most delicious, most fun and interesting products for your pet and deliver them to your door. Love Louie Boxes are great value for money and we pride ourselves on being able to donate a minimum of 10% per box to a Animal Charity of your choice! Sharing the love for all animals. If you choose to have a monthly box, this will be sent the same time each month the date will be the same as your first purchase date. We are happy to change the date if required please email us at info@lovelouie.co.uk to let us know the new date.
Why choose Love Louie?
We handpick a minimum of 6 top quality products based on your dog/cat(s) profile. This ensures that your box is completely personalised and suitable to your pet with savings off of the RRP! (what's not to love!)
Our main focus is to give back to Animals Charities throughout the UK and beyond, that is why we give a minimum of 10% from each box or item purchased from our online shop to your chosen Animal Charity. We do this because we know you may have a charity that is close to your heart and each box you purchase you can share the love with them! We are the only company allowing their customers to do this.
Are these items safe for my Pet?
The welfare of your pet is top priority for us. All the items in the box have been researched, chosen for their high quality and have been tested by our own pets before even being considered for inclusion in the Love Louie boxes. Louie personally loves testing the durability of the toys!
How do I join?
Simply click the ‘Our Boxes' page, choose the box you would prefer, if you would like a one off or monthly box, complete your pets profile so we can customise your box, complete the check out and then wait for the postman.
When will I receive my Love Louie box?
All orders are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the order. We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries,

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, all we ask is that you let us know before the date of your next box is due, so we haven't processed your payment for that months box. If you have any questions please email us at info@lovelouie.co.uk
Can I send a Love Louie box as a gift?
Yes you can, what a lovely gift! The Love Louie box makes a great gift and we have categorised some options in the 'Our Boxes' section which may help you. We can include a special message in a card for the recipient, just add a note in the Checkout. We can confirm that Gift boxes are a one off box only and only one delivery will be made.
How do I return a defective product?
We are really sorry if a product isn't up to our usual standard, please return the product to us and we will ensure that this is referred back to the supplier, we will also include an extra product and special treat in your box the next month as an apology.
My pet loves a particular product, where can I buy it?
We are so pleased they love it, we sell everything that we place in our boxes in 'Our Shop' this can be ordered whenever you like and you haven't got to wait for your next box for this.
